When I started Black Sunshine in 2004 it was a little different to how you know it now. Originally, Black Sunshine started off as an alternative clothing shop: first mail order, and then a bricks and mortar shop on the Isle of Wight. That same year I started experimenting with making dreads and haven't looked back.
After a few years I decided to concentrate solely on creating synthetic dreads, and that's where we still are today!
I really appreciate all of your support over the years. Here's to many more years of dread making 😄
